    AdQuick is seeking a rockstar Manager Business Development, Mid-Market to join us on our mission to revolutionize the outdoor advertising industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with local/regional partner accounts and helping them scale their business with us. The ideal person enjoys working in a startup team environment, has a passion for driving incremental business, and is a highly motivated self-starter.


    • Job responsibilities:

      • Identify, structure, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships with local and regional media owners

      • Collaboratively work with Product, Engineering, Marketing and & Sales to establish, launch, and grow new partnerships.

      • Be the primary point of contact for several major accounts

      • Fostering the ongoing/existing relationships of media owners

      • Run trend analyses to identify new growth opportunities.

      • Travel of up to 50% to visit media owners


    • What we're looking for:

      • Bachelor's degree

      • 5+ years of OOH industry experience, preferably in an outside sales capacity

      • Strong interpersonal skills

      • Strong speaking/written communication skills

      • Detail-oriented, extremely organized, and comfortable juggling many things at once

      • Ability to learn fast, and adapt to a high-growth, start-up environment

      • Scrappy / Ambitious
