  • Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, maintain, and upkeep work facilities
    • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
    • Collaborate with various departments on ad hoc projects
    • Assist HR/Recruiting Department with on-boarding new employees
    • Help coordinate office activities (events, company meetings, offsite meetings, catering)
    • Oversee the operation and maintenance of office equipment (e.g. printers, phone system, kitchen appliances)
    • Ensure best practices and develop standard operating procedures
    • AR/AP responsibilities

    Here’s what we need from you:

    • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Detail-oriented and ability to meet deadlines
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality
    • Creative, curious, tenacious, ‘out of the box’ thinker
    • Start-up experience preferred
    • Ownership mentality with a strong bias towards action
