We are looking for upbeat members to uphold our values in customer service, professionalism, and teamwork. Some duties include customer service, sales, housekeeping, stocking, and whatever else it takes to keep the team on the path to success. Part-time positions need to be filled. Potential for revenue increase after a probationary period for bilingual** candidates. Must be 18 years or older.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and assisting in purchasing decisions
• Daily housekeeping - sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc., to ensure a clean environment.
• Using a point of sale system accurately.
• Learning and studying product knowledge to assist customers appropriately
• Helping management process shipments
• Stocking shelves and hooks to keep the store full
• Continuously promoting a positive and professional work environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Must have a high school diploma
• Cash handling and counting
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Coach-ability and listening skills
• Able to lift 40lb boxes
• Able to stand for at least 6 hours
• Must be available for nights and weekend
