Adam Hall Group is a German group with strong global growth, manufacturer and distributor of the Cameo, LD Systems, Palmer, Defender and Gravity brands, with more than 6000 products in its catalogue, dedicated to the lighting and professional sound sectors, is looking for an Sales Support Coordinator (m /f /d).
At Adam Hall, customer satisfaction plays an important role in the success and continued growth of our company. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and customer-oriented employee (m/f/d) to support and further expand our sales team in the office. As Sales Support Coordinator, you are part of our sales support team and maintain contact with customers and our sales field team to further develop our customer database.
DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITIES:
- Ensure accurate and on-time order entry and delivery.
- Provide support for order inquiries regarding various questions or issues.
- Utilize QuickBooks to complete and maintain accurate order information according to purchase orders and quotes
- Maintain various excel files
- Communicate effectively by phone and email with clients, sales team, purchasing, warehouse and accounting.
- Provide support to the sales team with preparing and responding to sales enquiries and quotes as needed within the required deadline.
THESE ARE SOME OF YOUR TASKS:
- Order entry and maintenance
- Completing information in Vendor Central platforms from key accounts.
- Maintain various excel files – orders, shipments, delivery schedule, product allocation
- Maintain customer communication for assigned orders. Delivery schedule, order acknowledgments, invoicing
- Completing and submitting purchase requisitions as needed
- A/R follow-up as needed /electronic invoicing
- Assist with other duties as required
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- A minimum of two years similar or related business experience required
- Must possess excellent communication and people skills with “customer friendly” approach
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects in a team environment
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint a plus
- This job function is performed in an office setting requiring normal safety precautions
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Quickbooks
- Power Bi and other Microsoft tools
- Customer service skills
