    Job Description

    To provide leadership and manage a team of Computer System Compliance (CSC) Consultants to ensure that ADAMAS business objectives are realized, while providing a high quality cost effective service to ADAMAS clients.  Duties will be carried out in accordance with the ADAMAS business plan, policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). 

    • Manage a team of Computer System Compliance (CSC) ADAMAS Consultants on a daily basis to ensure the delivery of high quality services to ADAMAS clients
    • Monitor the performance and development of ADAMAS Consultants to ensure current and future business needs are met, and that client requirements are fulfilled to their satisfaction
    • Deal with customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner
    • Ensure company resources are utilised in the most cost effective manner
    • Maximize utilisation and ensure proper time management of consultants to achieve the highest level of revenue for the company
    • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) in the CSC field as it relates to projects and/or audits requiring escalation.
    • Assist in the recruitment and selection of Consultants and Associate Consultants.

    Attend and contribute to ADAMAS company and routine update meetings as required by the Managing Director.

    Oversee Quality of Deliverables

    • QC of project and audit client deliverables to ensure high standards of work is being maintained 
    • Ensure the highest quality of deliverables are being provided to ADAMAS clients across all projects/audits.
    • Utilize available tools and resources to monitor internal KPIs and KQIs

    Projects

    Projects may relate to any ADAMAS service offered to clients.  This may include audits, preparation of training material and delivery of training, development of Quality Management Systems (QMS)/SOPs and general consultancy.  Specific duties may include:

    • Delivery of projects in compliance with agreed project proposals and budgetary constraints
    • Performing the role of Project Lead, Lead Auditor, Client Contact, Co-auditor or Consultant
    • Project management, including project plan preparation and archiving/destruction of project documents
    • Audit management, preparation, conduct, reporting, follow up and archiving/destruction of audit documents
    • Delivery of consultancy services (e.g. SOP development, quality system advice, general advice on regulatory compliance issues)
    • Preparation of training material and training delivery
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    5-10 years of experience to include management experience
