Job Description

Act as key ADAMAS contact with the client and Consultants team for a project. Ensures that the project is conducted according to client satisfaction and that Consultants team at ADAMAS possess all necessary information and tools.

• Organize and host kick off meeting with the client in order to proactively identify client needs.

• Attends/hosts routine calls with clients to maintain communication and act as first point of issue escalation.

• Administration tasks such as setting up and maintaining project updates in the systems, setting up and maintaining trackers, preparing documentation, assisting with travel, providing updates on project status

• Maintain oversight of project budgets and timelines (i.e. estimated vs actual cost

Qualifications

• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of GCP / clinical trials an advantage
