Adams Electric, Inc is a well-established, growing, fast paced electrical company located at our new Corporate Headquarters at 801 N. Wisconsin Street, in Elkhorn, WI. We're seeking a full-time entry level Billing and Finance Specialist to join our Team. Our desire is to identify an employee who is team oriented with excellent customer service skills, high level of integrity and a winning attitude.

Position Description:

The Billing Specialist will work independently as part of the Finance and Operations Teams supporting all aspects of the business operations of Adams, including but not limited to:

Monitor All Customer Accounts

Interact with Customers and Team Regarding Billing Issues, Including Necessary Research and Response

Invoice Warranty Claims

Vendor Invoice Reconciliation

Handle Necessary Documentation To Customers, Including But Not Limited To Liens, Insurance Documentation

Qualifications:

Demonstrate and Promote Company values of Integrity, People-Oriented, Partnership-Oriented, and a Positive Attitude with a Hard Work Ethic

High School Required, Prefer Higher Level of Education

Knowledge of Basic Book Keeping Principles and Work Experience In A Business Setting

Experience using Foundation a HUGE plus

Exceptional organizational skillsand attention to detail

Ability to talk with customers and must have excellent communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Self-motivated with a positive attitude

Must Be Able To Pass A Background Check and Drug Test

Compensation

Starting Pay $14-$18 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
