Job Description

Mid-size law firm in West Los Angeles has an immediate need for an experienced Trial Paralegal to provide support to attorneys during trials, meditations and arbitration. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of complex trial experience, a proficiency with all aspects of litigation and recent courtroom experience. 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Trial preparation including witness binders, exhibits, electronic presentations, etc.
• Assist in creating and maintaining case chronologies, indices and case files
• Cite checking and proofreading pleadings and briefs
• Coordinating document productions
• Assisting with trial logistics including setting up the war room, securing necessary equipment, and set up of files and exhibits in the courtroom
• Scheduling and tracking depositions, filing deadlines and other case-related deadline

Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 5+ years of trial experience, ideally 10+ years
• Proficiency with Casemap, Concordance, Relativity, Trial Director, Case Notebook or similar programs
• Ability to travel as needed
