    As a Salesperson at Adams, you will play a critical role in developing new accounts, ensuring repeat business from existing customers, and making a positive impact in our company. You will have the opportunity to drive to potential customers’ homes for prescheduled appointments, develop persuasive sales pitches to effectively communicate our value proposition, and skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable deals.

    We work Mondays through Fridays with rotating Saturdays (working sales at our box retail stores). You will work in a hybrid work environment, working from home and/or on the road as you generate leads and conduct consultations at customers homes. You will work from our office in Elkhorn, WI one day per week. Company transportation mileage reimbursement provided.

    In this role, you will also be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction through prompt responses to customer queries and follow-ups during the installation process. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues across various departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

    To succeed in this position, you must have at least five years of sales experience or a related field, with knowledge of business principles, sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction theories and practices. You should also have knowledge of construction, standby power related products, load calculations, home energy, and related home performance solutions.

    We offer a base pay plus competitive commission for this role.
