    Adams Waterproofing is actively searching for a full-time OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to join the Office Administration department in our south Fort Worth location.

    GENERAL EXPECTATIONS:

    You will support our Office Administration Department in multiple clerical and administrative duties in the areas of construction contract administration, employee relations, client relations, payroll and Operations initiatives.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • General office administrative duties with knowledge of MS Office applications and a general knowledge of construction contracting office duties.
    • Collaborates with Operations and clients on payroll, billing, contract administration and accounts payable.
    • HR management related to payroll, reporting, new hires and records.
    • Manages Accounts Receivable (pay applications) and Accounts Payable.
    • Manages the procurement of contract documents.
    • Makes travel arrangements for staff
    • Complies with company policies and serves as a leadership example to other team members.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must have extensive background in COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION office administration.
    • Must be trustworthy – capable of handling and maintaining highly confidential information
    • Must have experience with certified payroll.
    • Must have computer skills and advanced MS Office skills preferred
    • Must have experience with construction billing (G702/G703, Textura, Procore, etc.).
    • Must have experience with Quickbooks accounting system or similar
    • Experience with project management software a plus
    • Some knowledge of Human Resources components related to employment law and employee relations.
    • Must be very detail oriented and organized with the ability to adhere to multiple tasks, tight deadlines, and flexible duties.
    • Must have exceptional communication skills – both oral and written.
    • Can collaborate, work together, and integrate into a small staff of friendly but diverse personalities.
    • Can present oneself in a professional and ethical manner, including dress attire, manners, and communication.
    • Willingness to learn, grow and develop your career into the best in your field.
    • Other duties as assigned.
