Candidate Requirements
While no experience is needed candidates are required to have the following:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Follow verbal and written instructions.
Safe use of hand & power tools.
Ability to work in and promote a drug free environment
Able to carry 50/60lbs of equipment and lift 100lbs
Be reliable and practice good attendance
Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
Provide references attesting to a good work history
Preference is provided to applicants who have served in the Armed Forces
Functional Requirements:
Assisting in the unloading of trucks
Reading blueprints
Measuring distances between racks
Assisting crews with layout and installation
Lifting 25-30lbs over and over
Using power drills and hand tools
Work at a fast pace to keep up with schedules
Performs quality checks for correct installation
