Multiple Locations in Greater Houston Area
Adaptive Construction Solutions (ACS) is looking for military veterans interested in starting a career as an assembly and service technician at one of multiple locations in the greater Houston area.
While earning competitive wages, apprentices will gain experience with assembly and servicing of agriculture implements, tractors, RTVs and other equipment. Position will provide exposure to diesel engines, DEF systems, hydraulics, small engine repair and the manufacturing process.
Upon placement into a full-time job, veterans participate in an apprenticeship program that provides training required to grow in the career.
Apprenticeship
Registered apprenticeship programs provide apprentices the opportunity to progress from an entry-level job to a journey-level position through a combination of related technical instruction and on-the-job training. As apprentices gain skills they earn incremental pay increases and industry recognized credentials.
Veterans
In addition to earning wages, eligible veterans may utilize their GI Bill benefits to receive a tax-free monthly housing allowance. The combination of apprentice wages and GI Bill benefits allow veterans to earn journey-level compensation while progressing through the apprenticeship.
