What We Offer

Competitive pay for meaningful work: Earn 25% above the average PT pay. Top trainers make $–$ weekly (25–30 hours, plus bonuses and tips).

Up to $50 per session, with performance bonuses and commissions.

Career growth:

Six-month track to Master Adaptive Personal Trainer ($60/hour).

12-month track to Territory Manager/General Manager (+25% pay).

Requirements

National personal training certification (ISSA, NASM, ACE, or ACSM).

Strong passion for working with special needs or adaptive populations.

A Day in the Life

Travel to clients’ homes or local sites to deliver adaptive training sessions tailored to individual needs.

Work with children, adults, and families to help clients with special needs or physical challenges achieve measurable progress.

Stay connected to a supportive team through mentorship, paid trainings, and ongoing encouragement — without sales pressure.
