Adaptiva is self-funded, highly profitable, and growing at a rapid rate. About this role We are looking for a dedicated Technical Writer to join us on the next adventure. As a Technical Writer, you will develop and maintain Adaptiva's product documentation. You will work with the Customer Success, Solutions and Development teams to create knowledgebase articles, script samples, how-to guides, tutorials, and technical reference documentation. You will have the opportunity to work with our engineers, learn our products inside out, and work closely with our team of Solution Architects. This is full-time, hybrid role, based at our offices in Kirkland, Washington. Responsibilities * Write and maintain all current and future product documentation, including the PDF and online/HTML versions. * Write all SDK documentation, including workflow activity specs, and script samples, etc. * Write all current and future knowledgebase (KB) articles. * Write security white papers. * Write reference architecture guides, and other white paper and big picture guides. * Review current product documentation to improve quality and make updates where necessary. * Monitor Adaptiva support tickets to identify areas that need better documentation. Requirements * 5+ years of software engineering experience. * 5+ years of experience creating written technical content for software products. * Technical experience with endpoint management tools, software, and solutions. * Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely. * Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires self-direction and ownership. * Nice to have's: are familiar or have experience with Markdown, Adobe Acrobat, Zendesk and ProProfs.
