Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic Adaptive Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals of varying abilities and will be passionate about creating a safe, fun, and encouraging learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan and teach adaptive swim lessons tailored to the needs and abilities of each participant.

Provide a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment for swimmers with physical, cognitive, or developmental disabilities.

Monitor swimmers at all times to ensure safety and well-being.

Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding swimmer progress, goals, and concerns.

Qualifications:

Adaptive aquatics certification or experience teaching individuals with disabilities strongly desired.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff and families.

Patience, creativity, and flexibility in adapting teaching strategies.
