ABOUT THE POSITION
Do you have a moderate level of experience assisting Financial Planners and Financial Advisors with client service needs, but are tired of sitting in a stuffy office and rarely using your creativity to its fullest? If this sounds like you, then consider joining the Addessi Financial Partners Team. This role is a client support position, where you will regularly engage with Financial Planners, Financial Advisors, around their clients’ financial plans, goals, and taxes. As a Client Service Associate you would be responsible for partnering with the Financial Advisors and Financial Planners to review and assess a holistic view of the clients’ finances and estate planning needs. This position has incredible potential to promote based on your incoming level of experience.
JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY
This position provides administrative and technical support to the Firm’s Financial Planners and Financial Advisors, including all aspects of client management, onboarding, and service. Additionally, the position is a client facing role providing client service and sales support to the Financial Planning and Advisory teams. The career path for this role has incredible growth potential. Promotion within the firm will be dependent on attained certifications, licenses, industry experience, and proven leadership roles both in and outside of the financial planning industry.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance related field is required.
- Florida Insurance licensed in Life, Health and Variable Annuity is desired.
- FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and Series 65 or 66 securities registrations is strongly desired.
- Excellent knowledge and communication of financial planning concepts and terminology.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years industry experience working in small/mid-size wealth management firms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and exceptional knowledge in Excel.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Anticipates the needs of the Advisory and Planner teams and handles them proactively.
- Analyzes client situations, reviews and updates income and assets as related to their financial situation.
- Conducts monthly/quarterly/ad hoc client reporting for representative's meetings with clients.
- Places investment trades at Wealth Manager’s direction, as licensed.
- Documents client concerns, financial constraints, goals and organizes data.
- Identifies problem areas and summarizes items for wealth advisor reviews
- Follows up on action steps resulting from prospect and client meetings (e.g., completes paperwork for investment and insurance products); provides ongoing support and service to the Financial Advisors and Planners as appropriate.
- Develops and sustains relationships with other COI professionals and strategic alliances.
- Coordinates workflow of principal advisor to maintain overall forward direction of firm and is proactive in keeping the team aware of incomplete or unresolved tasks.
