JOB OVERVIEW

• The primary responsibilities of the Sales Audit Specialist include auditing store sales receipts, balance store cash and conducting bankcard transaction research.
  • Auditing store sales receipts
  • Balance store’s cash
  • Research bankcard disputes
  • Sorting/opening mail from stores
  • Daily interaction with store managers to resolve concerns such as over/short, paid in/out, etc.)
  • Customer Service – research/resolve daily cases from customers.
  • Daily reconciliation of credit card payments
• TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting, Excel
