    As our Revenue Specialist, you will play a central role in supporting the lifecycle of revenue functions, and maintaining a strong and consistent cash flow for the business. You will support new business pursuits, the setup and tracking of engaged business in our project management and accounting systems, as well as invoicing and accounts receivable follow up. Additionally, the Revenue Specialist provides administrative support to the team via interpretation and reporting of cash flow, receivables and aging data with Addressable’s managers and leadership. You will work closely with our world-class Accounting and Finance partners in an established yet evolving F&A operation, engage internal client-facing team members and customers to manage all payments, resolve any issues/discrepancies, escalate issues for help, and generate meaningful reports on a weekly basis.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Revenue Support

    • Accounts Receivable Management
    • Posting/maintaining records of receipts, discounts, cancellations, returns and other charge backs to customer accounts timely and accurately. The expectation is that postings occur the same day or next day.
    • Make daily collection calls, send statements to outstanding customers, coordinate follow-up as needed
    • Coordinate with Sales and Account Management leads, communicate and resolve issues across the deal management process
    • Own the accuracy and maintenance of payment schedules in the point-of-sale system
    • Process incoming payments and post payments in internal accounting/project management systems as needed
    • Coordinate with Finance/Accounting specialists to ensure changes in payment schedules are reflect in revenue forecasts
    • Track and manage outstanding receivables
    • Maintain thorough, well organized accounts receivable documentation
    • Investigate and respond back on a timely basis to customer questions
    • Process Credit and Debit Memos
    • Conduct account research and analysis using internal systems, and collaboration with colleagues
    • Prepare and maintain various reports
    • Maintain an accurate aging report
    • Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues

    REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • 3+ years of experience supporting a revenue-generating business with exposure to the full customer lifecycle, A/R, and general administrative functions
    • Desire to collaborate in a team environment, sharing relevant information with colleagues and clients
    • Proactively problem solve and remove obstacles that prohibit us from doing our best work; you’ll be crucial to improving revenue related processes every step of the way
    • Excellent communication skills, you are comfortable calling and working with customers
    • Proficiency with contemporary productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Google Sheets, GMail, Google Docs, etc…), Slack, Microsoft Office 365
    • Proficiency in web-based project management software (ex: Asana)
    • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
    • Proficiency with web-based CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce, and P.O.S systems such as Stripe
    • A healthy sense of urgency and ability to meet critical, recurring deadlines
    • Maintenance of confidential information

    JOB TYPE: Full-time

    PAY: From $30 - $35 per hour
