    Job Description

    ·       Manage the administrative function for USA office

    ·       Own general administration - Reception desk, Housekeeping, Pantry, Stationary, Travel desk, and Asset Management

    ·       Plan and handle budget for general administration

    ·       Manage contract negotiation, finalization & supervising infrastructure setting up activity.

    ·       Handle property related matters such as lease, renewals, insurance, etc.

    ·       Assist in event management during customer visits and critical internal meetings.

    ·       Provide business support to sales and marketing, in purchasing and invoicing of clients.

    ·       Acts as liaison between USA office and our accounting partner ensuring that all invoices and other documents are properly submitted and archived.

    ·       Review & Processes payments of invoices for both suppliers and Clients

    ·       Reviewing & Process reimbursement claims of all local employees expenses claims.

    ·       Execute on systems implementation and consistent documentation tracking.

    ·       Track procurement and shipment logistics involved with our execution of client orders.

    ·       Assist in recruitment-related activities like coordination of face-to-face interviews, helping the candidate with facilities-related queries, assist in documentation and formalities etc.

    ·       Assist in Audit ensuring all records are maintained according to company policies.

    Maintain close contact with the sub region HR, Finance, local team to work in synchronization with HQ and with other key interfaces.
