An international corporation is looking to hire a Accounting Manager to join their office based in Hollywood, FL. This individual will perform accurate and timely financial reports and statements.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with financial statement preparation for multiple entities on a quarterly basis
• Participate in the month-end close activities including general ledger analysis and reconciliations
• Reconcile multiple bank accounts for several entities
• Assist the accounting team in the budgeting, forecasting and annual planning process
• Prepare and maintain supporting documentation related to financial statement disclosures
• Respond to inquiries from the Executives regarding financial results and special reporting requests
• Work directly with the CFO on special projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• A mix of audit experience from a CPA Firm and corporate accounting experience from a large company
• NetSuite is a plus and advanced MS Excel experience is required
