Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA; remote available

Position Type: Full Time Employee, Monday – Friday business hours
Essentials
Develop new solution capabilities with the product management team
Maintain, troubleshoot, and hotfix existing releases
Provide tier 2 technical support to customers and partners
Engage with Microsoft engineers and ecosystem peers to remain abreast of emerging technology and best practices
Actively research and implement cutting-edge tools and software
Engage and collaborate with the system architect to make improvements in the software
Experience Requirements
5+ years of development experience with C#, X++ and JavaScript
5+ years of SaaS experience
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power BI, SQL, Visual Studio
Knowledgeable with SaaS frameworks and tools such as Bootstrap, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, NodeJS, ReactJS, Bower, Zurb, etc.
Data migration
Phased cutover implementation along with cutover planning
Solid foundation in software engineering practices, coding, data structures, and debugging
Complementary Skills
Proven ability to plan, schedule, and deliver high quality work product on tight deadlines
Collaborative attitude with ability to work independently
Comfortable with informal but ambitious work environment
Strong customer interaction skills
