WANTED - Systems Analyst to work for an amazing non-profit company and make a true difference in peoples' lives!

The Systems Analyst is responsible for ongoing Electronic Health Records (EHR) applications support and the implementation of the clinical OCHIN Epic applications (Practice Management and EHR). This position provides OCHIN Epic EHR Support for the Health Center and Specialty Mental Health practices. The Systems Analyst is responsible for engaging with and scoping stakeholder requirements, implementing enhancements and related third party applications as well as maintaining systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Informatics or Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working with an enterprise Electronic Health Records software is required. Epic experience preferred.
• Self-motivated to learn new skills/software with minimal guidance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated initiative and flexibility to meet deadlines and end-user expectations.
• High level of project management skill with the ability to handle multiple tickets and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate well with people of diverse cultural professional and experiential background.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective and collaborative work relationships as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
