We are seeking a Remote Direct Hire Recruiter to join our busy Medical and Science team! This position is 100% remote and requires no travel. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have Direct Hire recruitment experience or will accept candidates in the medical field
