Previous experience is not required for this position Responsibilities: 1. Contact management and negotiation with carriers. 2. Set up new carriers and process compliance documents 3. Outbound phone calls to solicit and match carriers with available loads. 4. Takes inbound calls for carrier availability and maintains that information for future use. 6. Assists in the tracing of shipments as needed by making outbound calls and querying carrier websites to determine shipment status. 7. Provides pricing information to shipper representatives as needed. 10. Trains, explains tasks, and assists in the solution of problems. 11. Searches company records using company TMS system and provides necessary information and or reports to customers and team members. 12. Resolves customer questions related to shipments in transit as needed. 13. Maintains liaison with shipper representatives for order completion. 14. Responds to requests via telephone or email, using personal computer when necessary. 15. Manage and organize the board according to the assigned account or customer. 16. Handle the order entry process for customer's loads. 17. Update information required in the customer portal. Requirements: * Strong negociation skills * Communication skills and manners * Attention to detail and accuracy * Strong organization skills * Highly motivated and goal oriented Experience: 6 months to a year in general sales, retail, service industry and other related industries is prefered.
