    Job Description

    HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE (3 DAYS IN OFFICE/2 DAYS REMOTE)

    Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team at a prominent Private Equity Firm with offices nationwide. In this role you will support C-Suite level Executives in the banking/finance industry.

    Excellent compensation including bonus, full benefits including health, vision, dental and 401k and office perks including but not limited to lunch provided daily and free gym memberships. In addition, you will be working with a solid team who values employee input and growth. The position has a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Interface with Investors and Clients
    • Draft correspondence and other formal documents
    • Manage complex schedules
    • Manage both domestic and international travel arrangements
    • Responsible for project management
    • Produce timely expense reports with complex billing details
    • Perform other office tasks and projects as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite level executives within Banking/Finance Industry.
    • Degree from a 4 year University
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • ​Strong organizational skills
    • Strong experience in Microsoft Excel
