    Aderas is currently searching for a motivated and adaptable Inpatient and Ambulatory Nurse to join the team.

    Primary Job Duties:

    • Supports the workflow analysis of new applications and optimization of existing applications.
    • Supports project design, configuration, workflow analysis and updates as the clinical SME.
    • Analyze user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements.
    • Identify plan of action and any additional resources required for each task.
    • Understands the clients business practices, market position and deployment of technology into DOD Healthcare environments.
    • Provide virtual demonstrations within a non-production environment.
    • Deep content knowledge of Cerner Inpatient workflows and capabilities.
    • Support efforts of the Project Manager and completes assigned project tasks.
    • Lead workflow sessions with the Functional Solution Owner and team, document needed changes, and approvals.
    • Performs technical and business related research to support client needs, assist in the design and preparation for implementation, development and analysis of materials/processes/workflows to support the end user in MHS GENESIS.
    • Works with team in the analysis, formulation, development and delivery of engagement material and results.
    • May be asked to travel and assist with on-site go-live and adoption activities as assigned.
    • Individuals in this job family will have regular interaction with multiple commercial and government clients.     Work Location:

    • Remote
    • 25% Travel expected

    Required Education & Work Experience:

    • BS Degree (BSN (BS in Nursing) or MS)
    • 5+ years of prior relevant experience

    Required Experience & Skills:

    • RN Inpatient operational experience
    • Deep Cerner competency of PowerChart
    • Skills in developing operational workflows, updating PDF’s, and the use of Workflow Designer
    • Skills in developing operationally relevant test scripts and supporting testing activities
    • Presentation skills for virtual meetings and end-user presentations

    Clearance/Citizenship: US Citizen, Able to obtain and maintain a ADP IT-II Public Trust based on the minimum of a Tier 3
    investigation.
