    Aderas is looking for a hospital change management expert to join our team!

    Responsibilities:

    Perform assessments and evaluation of workflows and content to support the deployment of the electronic health record across services.

    Understands hospital and/or ambulatory business practices as well as deployment of technology into Healthcare environments. Facilitates Business Process Change and will provide Change Management Consulting to ensure that organizational aspects (i.e. organizational culture, fit, etc.) are addressed as new enabling technologies are implemented. Supports the review and communication of Start-Stop-Continue workflows as well as gap analysis between current and future state. Able to articulate and define Change Impacts and to conduct Supervisor Change Sessions against the Change Impacts. Comfortable with facilitation of hospital operation discussions. Works with team in the analysis, formulation, development and delivery of engagement material and results. Plans, develops, and maintains engagement project and program plans. Individuals in this job family will have regular interaction with members of the Partnership as well as staff from the service facilities. Consultants may also work on projects at customer sites alone or with a team. (It should be understood that this is not intended to be a detailed nor comprehensive description of any individual employee's job content. Managers set the specific duties and responsibilities for each employee).

    Scope:

    Uses professional concepts in accordance with company objectives to solve complex problems in creative and effective ways. As part of the engagement team, helps establish and recommend changes to processes to continue to optimize the electronic health record design. The individual is responsible for client satisfaction and quality of services delivered. Some barrier-to-entry (I.e. dept/peer review) exist at this level.

    Problem Complexity:

    Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. May act as an advisor to unit or sub-units, becomes actively involved as required to meet schedules or resolve problems.

    Knowledge/Skills and Ability:

    • Microsoft Office – Powerpoint, excel and Word
    • Revenue Cycle experience
    • Hospital operational experience
    • Skills in facilitating data gathering and workflow review sessions
    • Skills in facilitation of change management
    • Skills in workflow design

    Basic Qualifications

    • Requires BS degree and 12 years of prior relevant experience
    • Cerner experience required
    • US Citizenship with ability to obtain ADP IT-II based on a minimum of a Tier 3 investigation.

    Work Location:

    • Remote - must be willing to work overnight hours
    • 50% Travel required.
