Aderas, Inc. is seeking an Operations Systems Manager AlarmNet/Security Configuration to join the team.
Primary Job Duties:
- The Operations Systems Manager AlarmNet/System Security Configuration (AEA/SSC) will be responsible for ensuring the stable operation and efficient performance of the program, responsible for the monitoring and managing all aspects of the program to ensure it meets the performance metrics set by the customer.
- The Operations Systems Manager shall have ten years of technical security, information technology and managerial experience.
- The Operations Systems Manager shall have a solid working knowledge of information technology, technical security systems such alarms, and access control, and Diplomatic Security standards.
Required Education & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer science or related is preferred
- 13+ years Experienced Operations Program Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the international affairs industry.
- Skilled in Business Process, Budgeting, Operations Management, Analytical Skills, and Requirements Analysis.
Citizenship: US Citizen, active Top Secret Clearance with upgrade to SCI required
