    Aderas, Inc. is seeking a CMMS Development Lead to join the team.

    Primary Job Duties:

    • CMMS Development Lead to assist with application implementation; assist in process definition and development; assist in upgrading functionality of the application through front-end changes; and assist in routine troubleshooting for system upgrades and functionality improvements.
    • The contractor shall employ an expert knowledge of Maximo 7; Maximo Workflows; Maximo Cron Tasks; Maximo Application Designer; Maximo Integration Framework, and the TRM’s Rules Manager software suite.
    • The contractor CMMS development lead shall provide daily direction to a team of Contractor staff to develop, modify, maintain and improve the application (currently IBM’s Maximo).
    • The contractor CMMS development lead assists the government CMMS section Chief and directs the day-to-day activities of contract development staff.
    • The Contractor shall possess an expert knowledge of Maximo 7; Maximo Workflows; Maximo Cron Tasks; Maximo Application Designer; Maximo Integration Framework, the IBM Maximo archiving tool- Optimum and the TRM’s Rules Manager software suite.

    Required Education & Work Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer science or related preferred
    • Maximo and PMP certifications desired
    • 10+ years professional with multiple IT environments, with a strong background in Maximo/CMMS (especially system engineering).
    • Expert in utilizing Windows Applications and Tools (Office 365, etc.) and expert knowledge of Maximo Workflows and Design for Department compliances.

    Citizenship: US Citizen, active Top Secret Clearance
