    Aderas, Inc. is seeking a CMMS Reporting and Mobile Lead to join the team.

    Primary Job Duties:

    • CMMS Reporting and Mobile Development Lead to perform troubleshooting, maintaining and improving the Maximo mobile applications, as well as other supportive, upgraded, or replacement applications.
    • The Contractor shall lead and direct the activities of employees engaged in producing reports and deploying Mobile Maximo solutions and integrating multiple systems as well as in identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to remedy software and hardware problems.
    • The Contractor shall possess a solid working knowledge of the following software packages and or programs: Maximo Version 7; SAP Mobile Platform (Agentry); EZ MaxMobile, Business Objects 4; Java/Eclipse, and Oracle/SQL Server: PL/SQL.

    Required Education & Work Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related disciplines, or an advanced degree in engineering or computer science are preferred.
    • Maximo, Syclo and PMP certifications desired
    • 15+ years professional supporting Federal customers. Experienced with Maximo systems over 5 years and Maximo Certified in version 7.5, with 10+ years of experience in Software development.
    • Additionally, possesses experience and expertise in Maximo’s implementation and configuration, and the installation and upgrade of Maximo systems from 32 bits to 64 bits environments on web servers such as WebSphere and WebLogic.
    • Helped develop and configure various aspect of the Maximo system such as, but not limited to: workflows, modules application such as Assets, services request, inventory and Work orders.
    • Create security groups for access privileges and use conditional expression to match desired business process along with Maximo's new automation scripts. Furthermore, I have developed reports using (currently) BIRT, Acuate and Business Objects.
