Responsibilities: Oversee all new community launches and develop campaigns and signage to entice potential buyers Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers Qualifications: Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions Develop new concepts based on input Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must 2 or more years experience in an Ad Agency or Real Estate Sales environment required B.A./B.S. in Marketing or related majors Compensation: $46,000 - $60,000 yearly
