This role is a Recruiting Coordinator to Support the Talent Acquisition team. A Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for facilitating a world class recruiting. This role partners with Recruiters, Recruiting Managers, and hiring managers to support multiple lines of business and ensure all details of the hiring and selection process are flawlessly executed. This role frequently serves as the first point of contact for candidates, assessing their needs and addressing any questions. Additionally, the role also participates in process design and improvement sessions, representing the "voice of the customer" (candidates and hiring managers) to continually improve the experiences individuals have with our processes and systems. At least 2 year relevant experience required supporting a Recruiting team to schedule interviews, communicate with candidates and business leaders around schedules and do some screening of resumes for recruiter review. Experience with sourcing/screening of candidates for positions to determine if candidates will meet qualifications. Work with managers in functional business areas around Relationship management to include strong partnership skills and prioritization of work needed.
