    Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This part-time position will involve providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations, and assisting with various clerical tasks. If you have a knack for organization, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, we would love to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide general administrative support to clinic staff

    Manage phone calls and correspondence efficiently

    Maintain and organize filing systems

    Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings

    Assist with various clerical tasks and office operations

    Qualifications:

    Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills

    Prior medical field experience preferred but not required

    Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities

    Prior experience in executive administrative roles preferred

    Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

    Outstanding organizational and time management skills

    High attention to detail and accuracy

    Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    Knowledge of office equipment and procedures

    High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certification or training in administrative assistance is a plus
