What You’ll Do as an Admin/Billing:

• Assist Drivers : Address payment questions, account balances, and help with transaction inquiries.
• Process Daily Receipts : Handle vouchers, payments, and keep daily receipts accurate and organized.
• Maintain Transaction Records : Reconcile daily activities and update records with accuracy.
• Manage Internal Systems : Keep driver and voucher information up-to-date in our internal systems.
• Prepare Billing Documents : Ensure compliance with company policies while preparing necessary paperwork.
• General Admin Tasks : Perform tasks like scanning, filing, faxing, and data entry to keep things running smoothly.
• Answer Incoming Calls : Provide backup support for dispatch when needed and offer top-tier customer service.

What You Bring as an Admin/Billing:

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for accuracy.
• Multitasking : Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new systems.
• Knowledge : Basic understanding of vehicle operations or the transportation industry is a plus!
