    CBIZ Talent Solutions is seeking an **Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper **for a valued client in Cleveland, OH. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of a growing family office business, managing financial affairs, and daily operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling diverse administrative tasks while ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.

    Our client is a rapidly growing firm with a state-of-the-art office in downtown Cleveland. Searching for someone who wants growth in their career, who is a life-long learner, and also an individual who appreciates the trendy culture they have to offer.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage daily office operations.
    • Schedule meetings and travel arrangements.
    • Handle communications (phone, email, mail).
    • Maintain office supplies and organization.
    • Process financial transactions and maintain records.
    • Reconcile bank statements.
    • Prepare financial reports.
    • Implement office procedures.
    • Coordinate with vendors for office needs.
    • Additional responsibilities to meet the needs of the business.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
    • Experience in administrative roles.
    • Bookkeeping skills and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Attention to detail is a must!
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Discretion with confidential information.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team.
