This Office Manager and Business Development role combines daily administrative operations with growth focused responsibilities to support company efficiency and expansion. The right candidate will manage systems, communication, and client follow up while attending weekly networking meetings to build relationships and help drive new customers to our services.

Experience Requirements:
Prior administrative or office experience is required

Specific Required Tasks:
Digital File Management
Responsible for saving, organizing, and maintaining digital files—including images, documents, spreadsheets, and other media—across platforms such as Windows file storage and Google Workspace. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure company legal documents, marketing assets, and other digital materials are accurately filed and easily retrievable within established systems.
Systems Administration and Data Management
Proficiency in operating CRM and job management systems such as Workiz and Go High Level. The ideal candidate must be able to pull reports, analyze and interpret client data, and organize information in a clear, usable format. This role requires the ability to translate system data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making and real-world business actions.
In-Person Networking Events
Must attend weekly in-person networking events on behalf of the company. Must be able to build meaningful relationships with clients and other professionals.
Calendar Management
Oversee company calendar management by tracking and reviewing event schedules from various local organizations and industry groups. Proactively identify networking and community engagement opportunities, coordinate scheduling, and ensure the team is informed and prepared to maximize participation. This role requires organization, initiative, and reliability to prevent missed opportunities.
Vendor Portal Management and Opportunity Monitoring
Responsible for managing company records and maintaining accurate insurance documents and company information within vendor portals. Oversee onboarding and credentialing processes to ensure all submissions are complete and up-to-date. Regularly monitor vendor portals and email correspondence for opportunities, updates, or required actions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively support business growth and operational efficiency.
Email and Inbox Management
Responsible for managing the company’s email inboxes, prioritizing messages, responding promptly, and ensuring important communications are organized and tracked.
