Executive & Personal Assistant to COO – J National Location: Dallas, TX | Full-Time | In-Person Required
J National, a fast-paced and growing commercial property services company, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive & Personal Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer. This unique role combines business and personal responsibilities, providing vital support to both corporate leadership and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
Manage calendar, appointments, and scheduling
Help prioritize emails and follow-ups
Coordinate meetings and logistics
Keep track of action items and deadlines
Assist with travel planning and reservations
Operations & Administrative Support
Help coordinate internal follow-up between departments
Assist with reporting, spreadsheets, and presentations
Support special projects and company initiatives
Help maintain organization across multiple priorities
Assist with trade shows, events, and office coordination
Personal/Executive Assistance
Assist with scheduling personal appointments and errands as needed
Help coordinate logistics and day-to-day organization
Be a trusted support person to help keep priorities moving
