Position Overview
The Admin Server supports both guest service and administrative operations in the Café Zone. This role ensures that families and children receive excellent service while also assisting management with record-keeping, scheduling, and basic administrative support.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide friendly, efficient table service to guests in the Café Zone.
Take food and beverage orders, process payments, and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café dining area.
Assist with scheduling, payroll reporting, and daily sales logs.
Operate POS systems (cash handling, card payments, and order entry).
Coordinate with the kitchen team for order accuracy and timely service.
Support event-related food service when needed (birthday parties, group visits).
Handle guest questions and concerns professionally.
Report directly to the Café Manager/Park Manager.
Requirements
Previous experience as a server or in food service preferred.
Basic administrative or office skills (scheduling, reporting, computer use).
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a family-friendly, fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.
