Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Admin or Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the accounting department to maintain accurate financial records, tracking customer past due accounts, Invoicing and admin works. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has experience with Quick Book.
Responsibilities
Daily Invoicing
Verify the accuracy of each transaction that have been entered
Tracking all customers open invoice and sending them statement.
Make a phone call to customers if necessary related to purchase order and or payment
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Answering incoming phone
Qualifications
Highly organized and accuracy work
Previous experience as admin or bookkeeper or similar
Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
