Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative/ Biller to support daily office operations and ensure organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of administrative/ billing tasks and provide exceptional support to staff and clients. Ensure accurate preparation and submission of medical claims to insurance companies and patients for payment, while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients and staff professional and compassionate manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
Prepare reports and correspondence
Maintain physical filing systems
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Perform general office duties, including data entry and recordkeeping
Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies electronically and by paper
Review and verify patient billing data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain patient billing records in compliance with HIPAA
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
(Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred)
0–1 years of administrative or office support experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT/ICD-10 codes, and insurance claim processes
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
