Represents organizational unit on administrative matters. Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development. May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.
Facility and Capacity planner/building site owner.
- Work with Facilities Proper to successfully transition departments in and out of building sites.
- Serve as primary contact and POC for addressing all facility issues and concerns.
- Partner with the Safety/Security/Parking Solutions/Facilities teams to address site concerns and/or cascade important information on their behalf.
- Plan/manage equipment moves in and out of buildings.
- Set up conference room schedules for building occupants.
- Primary POC for building-related communications.

- 6 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 4 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree
