The role involves providing support to the talent acquisition team by handling tasks such as booking travel and managing expenses, tracking recruitment bonuses, coordinating calendars, maintaining the marketing room and inventory of marketing materials, preparing and packing materials for career fairs, and organizing logistics for hiring events and other team meetings.
**Preferred candidate will have experience as an exempt/executive administrative/administration generalist; with experience with handling travel reservation, report reconciliation, and intermediate to advanced skill with Microsoft Excel.**
