    Administrative Assistant
    Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
    Hours: Part-time, preferred 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM daily

    Position Overview:
    Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support attorneys and staff across multiple office locations. This role involves administrative, financial, and client support while ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth office operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to attorneys and office staff.

    • Manage client intake forms and files using Microsoft SharePoint.

    • Maintain timekeeping records and generate reports; transition to legal practice management software as needed.

    • Prepare and follow up on invoices, including monthly billing for attorneys.

    • Perform payroll tasks, including travel reimbursements and healthcare premiums.

    • Reconcile operating accounts and review balance sheets, ensuring trust funds align with records.

    • Process payments for bills, including professional premiums and office expenses.

    • Collaborate with accounting professionals to ensure timely and accurate tax filings.

    Preferred Skills & Software Experience:

    • Microsoft SharePoint/Office 365

    • QuickBooks Online

    • Legal practice management software (training provided if needed)

    • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
