Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our law firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office workflow, and providing support to attorneys and legal staff.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional manner
Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
Assist with client intake and onboarding
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
Process billing, invoices, and expense reports
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and client information
Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, and ordering supplies
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3 years of administrative experience (legal environment preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
