Looking for an administrative assistant who has worked in an HR environment before or has solid admin experience and very good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task? This would be an onsite position Monday-Friday.
IMMEDIATE NEED: Administrative Support for HR
(HR exp preferred but not an absolute requirement)
Hours are 8:30 - 5:00pm
AT LEAST 1 + year in Human Resources position and experience with ADP
\- pre-hire process for applicants
\- onboarding process for new employees
\- Must be computer savvy
Software: Office 365 and if they have experience with "Greenhouse" their "ATS" (Applicant Tracking System) that is a plus
This is not a client facing role. The candidate is not required to answer phones. This role is in place to assist with the pre-hire and onboarding process mainly with data entry and filing/documentation.
Will be working with physical and electronic files.
Basic Characteristics: Professional demeanor, independent worker, but supportive with team, detailed oriented, empathy with patients (if need be), diligent and hardworking.
