    We are currently seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to support our growing operations team.

    Position Overview

    The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our construction operations and office team with daily administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing building permit submittals, digital contracts, spreadsheets, and task tracking in a fast-paced construction environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Permit Management

    Prepare, submit, and track building permit applications across various Colorado jurisdictions

    Maintain permit records, inspection schedules, and jurisdictional requirements

    Communicate with city/county offices to resolve permitting issues or delays

    Contract & Document Handling

    Send and track electronic contracts via CRM and e-signature tools

    Organize and maintain client files, subcontractor documents (W9s, COIs, Agreements), and lien waivers

    Assist with change order tracking and contract compliance

    Administrative Support

    Update and manage internal spreadsheets (project tracking, subcontractor lists, PM assignments)

    Coordinate digital file storage and support communication through WhatsApp channels

    Assist PMs, designers, and scheduling department with administrative requests

    Preferred Qualifications

    2+ years of administrative or permitting experience in construction, design, or a related industry

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills

    Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and digital file management

    Familiarity with CRMs and Google Suites, polished and refined computer etiquette

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Self-motivated, resourceful, solution and detail-oriented; an outside-of-the-box thinker.

    Knowledge of building jurisdictions in Colorado is a plus
