COMPUTER: MS Office (Word, Works, Excel, Outlooks)
JOB DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
· Working closely with our Administrative Coordinator
· Answer Telephone (pleasant phone demeanor) & take appropriate message
· Create files for new jobs (both paper and on the computer)
· Prepare proposals for prospective clients and enter into database
· Complete and submit permit applications to local municipalities
· Prepare weekly paperwork which includes coordinating inspections with local municipality and client; prepare invoice and certification letter for each job.
· Completed jobs must be entered into the correct database and documentation sent to local municipality.
Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
