Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, Spanish is a plus, possess strong administrative skills, and be proficient in QuickBooks and other computer applications. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the office team.
Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally in English and Spanish.
Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks in QuickBooks.
Maintain organized records and filing systems.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and office supplies.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Spanish is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Reliable transportation to and from Miami Lakes.
Previous administrative experience preferred.
Compensation:
Based on experience and qualifications.
