    GameDay Men's Health is hiring a Part Time Administrative Assistant for its Carmel location. The position is ideal for someone interested in being a part of a pioneering health program for men. (www.gamedaymenshealth.com).

We have hundreds of patients who receive testosterone replacement therapy and other men's services throughout our many locations. Are you passionate about patient care? If so, we'd like to meet you!

    The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

    Scheduling and confirming appointments for testosterone replacement evaluations, erectile dysfunction consults, follow up lab work, and other services via phone or text

    Fielding questions, orders, and membership updates from patients via phone or text

    Reaching out via text and phone to current and past patients and offering new and exciting specials

    Processing payments, sending patient forms, and communicating patient needs to clinical staff

    Supporting maintenance of in-house laboratory

    Serving as the liaison between front desk and clinical staff

    Maintaining professionalism and treating patients with respect while creating a welcoming environment

    Assisting with Marketing communications, campaigns, and initiatives

    Skills & Qualifications:

    High School Diploma

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Ability to multitask effectively

    Strong writing skills. Most patients text into our practice so you will be responsible for fielding these questions.

    Experience and expertise with technology and computer platforms is required (Examples include EMR systems, PMS systems, Google Drive, Microsoft Applications, & CMR systems)

    Strong verbal communication is required (Professionalism, conflict resolution, active problem solving, and education)
