    Responsibilities:

    Answering incoming calls on company phone

    Maintaining office supply inventory

    Ordering and managing meals / events for internal team and clients

    Digital and physical organization of company files. Organization skills is a must.

    Vendor coordination

    Overview: In office 5 days a week from 9am-2pm to begin with the possibility of taking more hours after 3 months if needed. Customer-facing with excellent communication skills. Microsoft office suite required with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Familiarity with Social Media.
